CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to your Lion Ultimate mixed team on earning 6th place at state! The dedication and determination of all players resulted in a 3-3 record over the weekend and an exciting finish!

On Saturday, your speech and debate team competed at the Cherry Creek Classic Invitational. This was a virtual tournament, but the team competed from LHS, and despite a few technology hurdles, they were able to come away with some stellar achievements. Captain Bella Houck placed 2nd place in Drama, Savannah Johnson placed 6th in Humor, Elan Brown placed 2nd in Impromptu Speaking, and captain Eliana Joy Volin earned first place in Poetry! Many others on the team earned outstanding and superior mentions, as well. Please congratulate everyone on the team who competed, and those who earned awards.
