CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to our Unified Lions Basketball team, who completed their season on Saturday with an undefeated season. They went 10-0—way to go, Lions. Shout out to Stephenay Mendez, who made an incredible half-court buzzer-beating shot to finish the season.

Congratulations to the LHS Mock Trial Teams for competing in the Regional Mock Trial Tournament on Friday and Saturday. A special congrats to Grant Hawerlander for earning a Best Witness award.

Congratulations to all who represented LHS!
Jay Landers & Grady Redding placed 1st in coding & 1st in Technology Problem Solving; Vinny Anderson took home 3rd in Essays on Technology & 3rd in Photographic Technology. LHS swept the Fore! Event with Sam Denman & elementary buddy, Payton Steepleton placing 1st, Rivers Helton& elementary buddy, Allie placing 2nd & Roman White & elementary buddy, Paul Steepleton placing 3rd; Gillian Steinhart placed 2nd in rubberband cars; Lhs took home 3rd in Silent Movie with Vince Lucas, Ethan Pfister & Caleb Schmitz. Ethan Pfister, Jay Landers, Grady Redding & Henry Reidy Stole the giant Jenga traveling trophy from Mountain Vista! Thank you to all who competed; we are so proud of you.

On Friday and Saturday, our speech and debate team competed at the Region 3 State Qualifying tournament held at George Washington High School. Of the 12 team members that competed, 7 qualified for state. Senior Elianajoy Volin qualified in poetry for the 4th year in a row, and Senior Lane Greenly is the #1 seed in poetry after she qualified, as well. Bella Houck qualified in Dramatic Interp, and nothing could stop our PF Debate team of Zach Long and Anna Staiert, who also qualified. Deanna Sokol and Andrew Macedo were additionally selected to represent LHS in Congressional Debate. The state tournament is in 3 weeks, and while we still have work to do, we are very proud of this group and all who competed in a really trying and strange year. Nice job, Lions!

ACADEMICS:
A representative from Grand Canyon University will be visiting the Post Grad Office tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. There are additional college visits coming up in the next few weeks. You can view the full list on Naviance, where you can also register for college visits.

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The first practice for Ultimate Frisbee Club will be today from 4-6 at Goddard Middle School! All students are welcome to play today, Tuesday, and Thursday. We are forming both a girls' and a boys' (or "open") team this spring. Sunday practices at LHS on March 6 and 13 are for team members and kids busy on weekdays and just want to play for fun!

LHS!! GSA is going back to meeting on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am, starting this upcoming Wednesday (March 2nd) !! Come one, come all! We need all backgrounds and experiences to work to make Littleton an even more diverse and welcoming place! Join us in the Forum every Wednesday @ 9:00 am for treats, hangouts, and good times. Hope to see you there!

FCCLA Culinary Club will be meeting this Thursday at 7:30 am. Join us in making homemade Boba and Chai Tea.

Breakfast and Boardgames will meet one week from today, March 7, at 7:45 am in room 1744. We can't wait to see you there!
