CONGRATULATIONS:
Last Friday and Saturday was the CHSAA State Speech and Debate Tournament. Six LHS students competed, and three advanced to finals. Taking home top honors at the tournament were Senior Eliana joy Volin, who placed 6th in Poetry, Senior Lane Greenly, who placed 4th in Poetry, and Bella Houck, who placed 2nd in Drama. Congratulations, Lions!

ACADEMICS:
All current students, grades 9, 10, and 11 that are interested in Concurrent Enrollment classes at ACC for the Fall 2022 semester, please come to an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 30th, in the library, right after school. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Puchino.

National Honor Society members: Our March meeting will be this THURSDAY, March 31st, before school in the Forum. Attendance is required.See you there!

Swim Waiver Information April 14-This test is for current Littleton High School students who wish to test out of the swim class requirement. The date for this waiver is Thursday, April 14, at 9 AM. One session will be offered with a limit of 30 students. Seniors are not eligible for this test. The registration link will be open from March 28 - April 8 or until all slots are filled. It will fill up fast, so register soon. The sign-up link will be available in the Counseling Office.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Volleyball Spring Workouts have changed to Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Join us in the gym at 4:30 tomorrow.

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
World Languages Club will be meeting after school in the library today. See you there!

DId you know that an average of 42 car crashes happen each day in Colorado due to distracted driving? Key Club is sponsoring an event to raise awareness of this problem outside the main entrance tomorrow. Come by to learn more.

Key Club members - we still need help with the distracted driving event tomorrow (Tuesday). If you have an off hour on an even day and can help out for 1/2 a block, please go to the google classroom to sign up.

Reminder: Chess Club meets every Thursday at 3:30 in the library - hope to see you there. Also, LHS is hosting the district chess tournament on Saturday, April 9th. Visit the library for more details.

Hey, lions! Do you have new or gently used shoes lying around? Our early High School National Junior Honor Society chapter will be partnering with Soles 4 Souls to do a shoe drive. New or gently used shoes of all types and sizes are accepted and will help families in need all around the world!. We will have collection boxes in the front lobby and counseling offices until April 1st. Together we can make a difference one shoe at a time!
