CONGRATULATIONS:
FCCLA State Conference Winners from this past weekend: Kathryn Braddock earned a Gold Medal in the Children's Literature event of Educator Rising, and Adisa Smajic earned a Silver Medal in the FCCLA Early Childhood Education Event.

The Lions Boys Lacrosse team got its first win of the year on Tuesday! LHS topped Palmer HS by a score of 10-6. The Lions were led to victory by seniors Porter Small and Cal Cherry. Porter led the defense with 7 ground balls, and Cal steadied the offense and chipped in with a goal and an assist. Next, the Lions face Ponderosa HS on Thursday at 5 PM on the LHS turf. Come out and cheer them on!

Congratulations to the LPS boys C Team, JV, and Varsity volleyball teams, who all won their matches against Overland High School. Three more changes to see the boys play this week:
April 21st (Thursday), come watch the team take on Cherry Creek right here at LHS! C team playing at 4:30, JV playing at 5:30, and varsity playing at 6:30.
April 22nd (Friday) LPS boys volleyball teams play at Valor High School, with varsity playing first at 4:30 PM and JV after playing at 6 PM. After we beat Valor at home last week, Valor will be looking for revenge. This is a big game, so come cheer on the team!
April 23rd (Saturday), come watch the team take on Bear Creek at Arapahoe High School! JV and C Team playing at 10 AM (simultaneously using both AHS gyms), and varsity playing after at 11 AM.
