CONGRATULATIONS:
The LHS Boys Lacrosse team traveled to Colorado Springs last night and came away with a 13-2 victory over Vanguard. The Lions were led on offense by Dane Price, who scored 6 goals, and on defense by Peter Knoblach with 10 ground balls. On Thursday, the Lions return to action with a home game against Pueblo at 6 PM. Come out to cheer them on!

ACADEMICS:
Attention Juniors who have not already taken or opted out of CMAS Science: Makeup testing will take place TOMORROW in the Forum. If you choose not to take this test, you may still opt-out by completing an opt-out form available in the Main Office.

Are you interested in a career as an EMT, Cosmetologist, Auto Technician, Construction Worker, or as a Vet? If so, check out the Trade & Tech Fair, which will be held on the front lawn during lunches on Thursday. Free pizza will be available for students who talk to 2 vendors and get their signatures.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Thanks so much to all who came out to celebrate our seniors at the tennis match last night! Although the points didn’t fall in our favor, we played strong tennis and, as always, our girls were complimented for their kindness on the court. We’re proud of you, Lions, and look forward to our last regular season match today at home against TJ.

Please come cheer on your Lions Varsity baseball team when they take on D'Evelyn tomorrow at 4:30 pm at home. We also want to wish our JV Team good luck this Thursday when they play at D'Evelyn High School.

If you are looking for something to do this Saturday, 4-30 before prom, you could come to D'Evelyn High school and cheer on our Lions Baseball team again. Varsity plays at noon, and JV plays at 2:30 pm.

Got Sneakers? LHS Girls Basketball is collecting old sneakers for recycling to benefit our program! If you have old athletic shoes to donate, please bring them to Coach Prince's room (Rm. 1610) or drop them off at one of the other collection boxes around the building. Finding those old shoes in the back of your closet at home could really help our team get where they need to go this summer!

CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Key Club will meet tomorrow in room 2620 at 7.45 a.m. to prepare for our teacher appreciation project. All are welcome.

Come see the advanced theater class’s production of “Moon Over Buffalo” this Thursday night only! This hilarious comedy has been entirely student-directed and produced, and we would love to show off our hard work. Buy your tickets at lhsperformingarts.net or at the door. See you there!
