CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to the Boys Cross Country team on their finishes in the Dave Sanders Invitational last Friday. The Varsity, led by Hank Chojnacki, finished in 3rd place, just two points out from 2nd in a tight battle with League foe, D’Evelyn. Tyler West, Louge Stewart and Milo VanMatre notched PRs while Axel Fontaine was clutch as our tiebreaker. In the JV race, our boys finished 2nd with PRs from Micah Hosie, Boston Bennett, Gabe Menard and Max Loving. Lots to be proud of this week!
Hats off to the Girls Cross Country team for their races at the Columbine Dave Sanders Invite. The Varsity squad was again led by junior Natalie Lueker with freshman Sophie Bailey hot on her heels followed by Grace Foresman, Alex Herrera and Tatum Pratt in the scoring positions. Stella Begley turned in an impressive PR while leading the Girls JV crew to a 3rd place finish. Other PRs in the race were earned by Gillian Glover, Lexi Myrtle and Frances Martinez. Fantastic work on a tough course!
Congratulations to your "Pride of Littleton" High School Marching Band. The Band competed at the Legacy Marching Band Invitational this past Saturday. The Band qualified for the Finals competition for the 3rd year in a row at the toughest band competition in the state. The Band also placed 2nd Overall in their Division! Go Band!
Congratulations to our Flag Football team on Saturday with two hard-fought victories! In the first game, freshman Ava Palmer shined with 199 passing yards, while Olivia May contributed with three touchdowns. The second game saw Ava continue racking up an additional 126 passing yards and two more touchdowns. Captain Annie Fox also made a significant impact on defense, recording three interceptions. The team is excited to carry this momentum into the JeffCo Flag Football Tournament next week.
ACADEMICS:
Attention, Sophomores, and Juniors! The PSAT and NMSTQ tests are right around the corner. The test costs $20 and will be held on October 29th. Please bring the $20 fee to Ms. Schwabauer in the counseling office to sign up.
