Tomorrow, November 14th, Sources of Strength peer leaders will be giving away free mechanical pencils and gratitude journals with coloring pages on the cover. Coloring is a healthy activity that helps reduce stress and gratitude journals have been shown to rewire your brain to help combat depression.
