Our amazing DECA team just returned from ICDC in sunny Orlando, where they brought the heat in more ways than one!
Zoe Matteo took home Best Role Play—basically the Oscar of business competitions!
Phoebe France and Sophia Held crushed it, placing in the Top 10 in the WORLD—yes, you heard that right, the top 1% globally in their event!
Along with some fierce competition, the team also participated in leadership trainings and represented our school with style, smarts, and serious swag.
Huge congratulations to all our DECA stars. You made us proud!

Congratulations to the following track athletes for outstanding performances on the first day of the 4A Jeffco League Championships last night…
Both Boys and Girls 4x800m Relay teams crushed their season best performances where the girls team of Tatum, Sophie, Grace and Alex placed 4th! The Boys team of Jonas, Hank, Axel and Tyler earning all-league honors with their 3rd place finish! Jenna Ellquist also took home all-league honors in Discus with another personal best yesterday and a 3rd place finish! Additional placers last night were Sophia Bradley in the Pole Vault and Tristan Lyons in the Shot Put!
The Lions return to day 2 of league on Saturday with an opportunity to bring home a number of all-league honors!

Juniors & Seniors! Prom is near!
Details:
Prom is Saturday, May 3rd from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm at the Vehicle Vault. $40 in advance, $50 at the door.
After Prom from 11:30 pm- 2:30 am at LHS. $25 per person.
Tickets will be sold in the front lobby this week during lunches! (Online tickets via credit card are available now. Click here for Prom. Click here for After Prom.)
Please know you can attend one or both of the events! You do not have to attend Prom to attend After Prom and vice versa.
Attention Boys! It's time to start thinking about the Golf season this fall!
