Academic Announcements:


Students who are planning to take AP exams can pay for their exams in the counseling office Feb. 11 - March 31.  Students must first complete and print a copy of the AP survey on their Naviance account to bring with them when paying for their exams.  They must bring a check made out to LHS or pay cash at the time of registration.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Zerr in the counseling Office. 

Club Announcements:


Attention all Speech and Debate Team members!  Don't forget we will be taking yearbook pictures today. Meet at 2:15 in Ms. Rosen's room and we will walk down together for the picture.

Do you want to send a friend, secret someone or your significant other a Valentine's treat?  Remember to purchase a Val-O-Gram from a Student Council member to send them a wonderful message plus some chocolate for only $1!!  All proceeds go to helping our 2013 PROM be the best!

Attention SENIORS!!!  Today is the deadline to turn in your Life 101 applications to Mrs. Mashak in the main office. 

Have you remembered to cast your vote for the winner of the Lion’s Cupboard design contest?  The Lion’s Cupboard is our very own clothes closet.  Please come to the Counseling office through the end of today to check out these two amazing art projects and cast your ballot.

Legally Blonde the Musical opens at the end of this month on the LHS Mane Stage. Tickets are available at the box office during A and B lunches,6th period and after school. $7.00 for students and $10.00 for adults, the show opens Thursday February 28th at 7pm! Wear pink when you purchase your ticket and receive $1 off each ticket purchased!

Attention all students!!  Do you feel like you can’t talk to an adult in the building when you have something you need to get off your chest? Well, your fellow peer counselors will be leading group discussions every Monday after school from 2:15-3:30 in the counseling office!  Please see Mrs. Zerr in the counseling office if you have any questions.

Hello all LHS families! Mark your calendar now for a delicious way to support After-Prom! Plan on eating dinner at Merle’s restaurant on Tuesday, February, 26 and 10% will be donated to PTO After-Prom party. Don’t worry about cooking dinner for the evening, and help out a super fun cause! Just let your server at Merle’s know you are from LHS…. it’s that easy!!!
