Attention all students. Fellowship of Christian Athletes please come to our first meeting today in room 102 at 2:20. There will also be another informational meeting right after school on Monday in room 102 about the funji hunt. Everyone is welcome.
Special Events:
The Choir Department is holding a Garage Sale and Car Wash fundraiser tomorrow from 8am-12pm, in the Littleton HS front parking lot, to help with the cost of choir outfits for the Troubadours and Syrens. We hope to see you there!
Homecoming Dance Guest forms are available in Student Services. They are due back September 19, 2013. The Homecoming dance will be held Saturday, September 21st.

Attention Seniors! Today is the final day to submit your senior photo for the yearbook! If you did not take one with the school photographer or did not submit one on your own, please see Ms. Fisher in room 111 today if you want to be pictured in the yearbook.
Students, if you are interested in serving on our School Accountability Committee, we will be choosing one student by lottery. Please complete a nomination form for yourself in the main office by the end of the day on Monday, September 9th. We will draw one name on Tuesday the 10th. Meeting times are on that nomination form; generally we meet the third Wednesday of the month after school. Our next meeting is September 18th.
Just a reminder that if you haven't purchased a parking permit, now is the time to do so. Starting in about a week or two campus security will start issuing tickets if you don't have a permit. The bookkeeper will be open today after 12:30 and every day, all day, next week.

LHS ENCORE! will host a meet & greet BBQ before the Collage Concert on Wednesday, Sept 11, at 5:00pm in the front parking lot. Everyone is welcome and proceeds benefit LHS Performing Arts. Advance tickets can be purchased from Mr. Farrell in the choir room for $6 each OR 4 tickets for $20.00. (Tickets are $7 each OR 4 for $25 at the event.) The menu includes: BBQ pulled pork or chicken sandwiches, salad, bottled water & dessert. Bring your blanket or lawn chairs and meet your LHS Encore! board members and other performing arts families. The FREE Collage Concert follows the BBQ, at 7pm, in the LHS Theatre.
Hey, Students, have you ever wanted to attend a Colorado Rapids game with all your friends and family? Well now is your chance. Join your fellow classmates and teachers from Littleton HS on Saturday, Sept 14th at 7 p.m. for LPS Community Night as the Colorado Rapids take on FC Dallas! Tickets are $20 each ($35 regular price). For every ticket purchased, our PTO gets $2 and the LPS Foundation gets $2. Online tickets must be purchased by Sept 8. SAVE THE DATE: The LPS Foundation is having their 18th annual Stride 2013 on Sunday, October 27 at the Littleton Museum. Register online at www.runthestride.com or register in person at the Boulder Running Company, 8116 W. Bowles Avenue in Littleton OR at Run Colorado, 8505 E. Arapahoe Rd. in Centennial from Friday, Sept 27, through 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 23. Join your fellow students in either a 5K or 10K race through the beautiful streets of Littleton. We have been challenged to win the High School Competition for a third year in a row so we need to have as many participants as possible join the "Littleton High School" team. If our school has the largest percentage of participants, we win $1,000 again. GO LIONS!!!
