Student Recognition & Congratulations: 

Congratulation Varsity Boys Soccer for their 1 – 0 win over Durango High School!  The team has advanced to Quarter finals of the State playoffs.  We will play Air Academy on Saturday.  Stay tuned for details.

Congratulations Varsity Volleyball for qualifying for Regionals.  Games are this Saturday at Ponderosa High School.  We play Falcon at 11am and Ponderosa at 1pm.  Good luck ladies!

Special Events:

This is the last chance for everyone to buy a HALLOWEEN O GRAM!  Student Council will be selling them until Tomorrow-Thurs-until 3pm, then no more!  So, find a student council member or Ms Prestel and send your friends a Halloween O Gram!!

Student council's Costume Contest is Friday-Halloween!  Dress in your most creative, creepy, scary or group costume, head to the cafeteria and get you picture taken on Friday and you may win a prize! Remember, though, no full face masks and keep the rest of the costume code of conduct appropriate! See you Friday!

Please remember the same Halloween costumes school rules apply at the football game.  You are not allowed to have full face masks or face paint.  We need to be able to identify who you are.  Weapons cannot be part of your costume even if they are artificial.

Club Announcements:

The World, Model UN, and Colorado Clubs will meet in room 206 TODAY at 2:20pm. Students planning to participate in the November 15th Model United Nations Conference at the Denver Center for International Studies need to attend this meeting

Inspirlions staff will meet TODAY, in room 112.

Key Club, if anyone still needs to turn in permission slips and forms to participate in the Trick or Treat for cans event this Friday, please put them in Ms. Anthamatten's box as soon as possible. Thank you.

Attention all Officers, Ambassadors and General Council members, please make sure you get your Halloween O Gram envelopes to Ms Prestel by 3pm tomorrow afternoon!  You can leave them on her desk in the Social Studies office or on her desk in room 209. Thanks!

ATTENTION all Student Council members who are participating in this year's Trick or Trunk Street, please make sure you are in the stadium parking lot by 3:15 this Thursday at the very latest! Thanks!!

FCCLA is meeting this Thursday in room 120, after school. We will be signing up for competitive events, so don't miss this meeting if you want to compete at "state".

FBLA members, we have a very important meeting this week on Thursday, October 30 at 2:20 pm in Room 124.  Competitive events will be reviewed and sign up for events will begin!  Don't miss out on this opportunity!  See you then.

Attention all Technology Student Association members - we will meet on Thursday, October 30th in the Tech room after school.

Sports Announcements:

The Ice Cream Dream Team will be playing Creek "B" in an Ultimate game TODAY at 3pm on the grass soccer field, so come out and support your team!

Attention all Boys lacrosse players: if you are interested in playing lacrosse in the spring, you have a very important meeting for you and your parents on TONIGHT in the Forum at 6 pm.

If you are planning on wrestling this year there is a very important wrestling meeting Monday November 3 at 2:20 in room 133W.

Academic Announcements: 

Two college admissions representatives are visiting Littleton TODAY: Baylor University and the University of California at Los Angeles will both be in the Counseling Office at 9:30 to meet with students.

Attention 9th graders:  There is still time to sign up if you would like to participate on the challenge course next week.  Please turn in your parent signature form and $3 by Friday, October 31.  This information can be turned in to Ms. Kailey in student services.  Students who sign up will receive a challenge course schedule on Monday, November 3.  Remember to sign up by this Friday.

Lions Follies.  Are you looking for a way to share your talent?  Try out for the Lions Follies Talent Show.  Tryouts will be held on November 10th and 11th from 3:10 to 5:45, and you can sign up for a tryout time on the bulletin board in the art hallway.  You will have 3-5 minutes for your audition time, and we welcome all types of talent and skills, including MC tryouts.  The Lions Follies show will be on December 5th and 6th.  See Sam or Elisabeth Sanson, or Mr. Saliman for more details.

Blog Announcements:

Kick off Halloween Week with a trip to the Mausoleum Haunted House, just south of Belleview and Broadway. Bring your Littleton ID and the Mausoleum will make a donation to After Prom for everyone in your group! Free $3 discount tickets are available at Wendy’s. All family and friends of Littleton are welcome; just make sure you mention Littleton High School at the door. 152 Rafferty Gardens Avenue.

For students needing help in Math & Science Lockheed Martin tutoring will be here Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm in room 107.  Please use the forum entrance.

Attention Freshman, Sophomore, & Juniors – the swim test sign-up sheet is in the Counseling office. Swim test dates are Wednesday, November 5th and Thursday, November 6th.  The classes are limited to the first 30 students per session.

Attention Seniors - a swim waiver test date is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11th right after school.   Seniors must sign up in the Counseling office.

Students – do you have a computer? If you do not have a computer at home, we have free computers for you. These are refurbished desktop computers, not laptops. They use the XP operating system and are loaded with Open Office; please see Mr. Hahn in the counseling office to receive a voucher for a free computer and/or more information.
