ACADEMICS:
Attention 9-11 graders - Are you interested in taking classes at the EPIC Campus? This facility will be open and ready for you in 10 months! If you would like more information, please attend the EPIC Campus Information Session today at 6 PM in the LHS Forum. Please go to the EPIC Campus website to sign up.

STEM students- a reminder our kickoff lunch is in the forum TODAY during A and B lunch. Come on down, get a slice, and get updated on our happenings for the year.

SPORTS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Congratulations to the boys' golf team on an outstanding performance at their regional tournament yesterday. The team had three players qualify for the State Tournament and will compete as a team for the first time in at least 20 years. Senior Noah Abramson shot a 77 to finish in 8th place, junior Jack Finch shot 78 to finish in 10th place and senior Dane Price shot 82 to qualify. Also, shout out to senior Eddie Wirth for his contributions all season long and for making the regional team. Great job guys!

This past weekend the Gymnastics Team placed 2nd at our annual home meet against Rock Canyon and Elizabeth. Way to go!

Attention: All boys interested in playing lacrosse this spring, there will be a short informational meeting this Thursday, 9/22, after school at 3:45 pm in the LHS forum. Contact Enzminger if you have any questions.

Your LHS Lion Ultimate mixed team invites you to our first home game v Colorado Academy tomorrow! Our practices are open to all kids of all genders.

Calculus and Coffee Club is meeting on Thursday, September 22nd in room 1604 at 7:45 to start the day with some coffee, donuts, and fun math problems. New members are always welcome, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all there!

BLOG ANNOUNCEMENTS
The PSAT test date is Wednesday, October 12th at 7:45 a.m. in the South Gym. Sign-ups will begin Monday, September 19th for Juniors, Monday, September 26th for Sophomores, and conclude Friday, October 7th. Sign up in the counseling office and bring $20 (non-refundable). Space is limited so don’t wait until the last minute!

Attention Juniors and Seniors with a 3.5 GPA and above. You are qualified to apply for National Honor Society membership. Packets are in the counseling office and must be completed and returned by Wednesday, September 21st at 3:30 pm. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Puchino or Ms. Theieme

All students, if you don't have your student ID yet, please go to the Library during your off period to get one printed.

SOURCES OF STRENGTH Did you receive a packet from Sources of Strength? Congrats on your nomination! Please fill out the last two forms with your parents/guardians and get approved by your 2nd and 4th-period teachers. Bring to Ms. Rapp in room 1219 by Tuesday, September 20th. Our training on September 27th will have fun, games, and free pizza! Didn't get a packet, but want to join? Email mrapp@lps.k12.co.us right away!

Attention all grades! Are you in the visual arts? Do you write short stories, poetry, or even song lyrics or music? Submit your works to Littleton’s Violet Art Magazine! The publication strives to put the spotlight on creative works produced by students. The October issue’s theme is “Haunted”, feel free to write or create your own interpretation of the theme word, or submit any completed prior works, and submit them through the magazine’s email, violetartmagazine@gmail.com! Details for submissions can be found on the Magazine’s website, which can be found on Littleton’s website under student publications. The next meeting for magazine staff is Thursday, 9/29, after school in Mrs.Fritz’s room 1749, all are welcome!
