Open Gyms for Girls Volleyball starts on Monday from 5:15-6:45 pm in the North Gym. We hope to see you all there.
There will be a brief meeting for girl's basketball on Wednesday, April 17th, immediately after school in Room 1329. This meeting is open to current players or anyone considering playing basketball next season. We'll be discussing summer basketball opportunities and how you can get a head start on next year.
CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Join the environmental club in their initiative to collect eclipse glasses! If you have spare eclipse glasses gathering dust and don't anticipate using them in the next three years, kindly consider donating them. Your contribution will help provide these glasses to schools in Late American, just in time for their upcoming eclipse in October. To donate, please drop off your eclipse glasses in room 1314.
Key Club will be collecting gently used childrens and teen clothing for Clothes for Kids of Denver April 22nd through April 26th. There will be a collection box in the lobby by the attendance office. If you have a little extra time during next week's testing, what a great idea to clean out your closet and see if you have anything to donate!
STUDENT BULLETIN:
Seniors, our LHS community has created a Mickey Wentz Memorial Scholarship for students attending a two or four-year accredited college/technical school next year. Applications can be picked up in post-grad, or accessed through your seminar's Google Classroom. The application deadline is May 1st.

Gimnasios abiertos para las chicas de voleibol comienza el lunes de 5:15-6:45 pm en el Gimnasio Norte. Esperamos veros a todos allí.
Habrá una breve reunión para el baloncesto femenino el miércoles, 17 de abril, inmediatamente después de la escuela en el salón 1329. Esta reunión está abierta a los jugadores actuales o cualquiera que esté considerando jugar al baloncesto la próxima temporada. Estaremos discutiendo las oportunidades de baloncesto de verano y cómo usted puede conseguir una ventaja en el próximo año.
ANUNCIOS DE CLUBES Y ACTIVIDADES:
¡Únete al club medioambiental en su iniciativa de recogida de gafas de eclipse! Si tienes gafas de eclipse de repuesto acumulando polvo y no piensas utilizarlas en los próximos tres años, considera la posibilidad de donarlas. Tu contribución ayudará a proporcionar estas gafas a las escuelas de América Latina, justo a tiempo para el próximo eclipse de octubre. Para donarlas, deposítalas en el salón 1314.
El club Key estará recolectando ropa usada para niños y adolescentes para Clothes for Kids de Denver del 22 al 26 de abril. Habrá una caja de colección en el vestíbulo por la oficina de asistencia. Si usted tiene un poco de tiempo extra durante las pruebas de la próxima semana, ¡qué gran idea para limpiar su armario y ver si tiene algo para donar!
BOLETÍN ESTUDIANTIL:
Estudiantes del último año, nuestra comunidad LHS ha creado una beca en memoria de Mickey Wentz para estudiantes que asisten a una universidad acreditada de dos o cuatro años / escuela técnica el próximo año. Las solicitudes pueden ser recogidas en postgrado, o acceder a través de su seminario de Google Classroom. La fecha límite de solicitud es el 1 de mayo.
