There will be a brief meeting for girl's basketball tomorrow, April 17th, immediately after school in Room 1329. This meeting is open to current players or anyone considering playing basketball next season. We'll be discussing summer basketball opportunities and how you can get a head start on next year.
CLUB & ACTIVITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
FCCLA/Culinary Club will have our annual Salsa Wars this Thursday from 3:35-5:00 pm in room 1972. If you signed up to compete, be sure to bring all your ingredients.
Attention pizza and movie lovers! To celebrate positive friends and healthy activities, Sources of Strength is sponsoring a Pizza, Pajamas, and Movie Night on Thursday, April 25th, at 3:40 pm in Room 1219. Key Club will be collecting gently used children's and teen clothing for Clothes for Kids of Denver from April 22nd through April 26th. There will be a collection box in the lobby by the attendance office. If you have a little extra time during next week's testing, what a great idea to clean out your closet and see if you have anything to donate!

Seniors, our LHS community has created a Mickey Wentz Memorial Scholarship for students attending a two or four-year accredited college/technical school next year. Applications can be picked up in post-grad or accessed through your seminar's Google Classroom. The application deadline is May 1st.

El club Key estará recolectando ropa usada de niños y adolescentes para Clothes for Kids of Denver desde el 22 de abril hasta el 26 de abril. Estudiantes del último año, nuestra comunidad LHS ha creado una beca en memoria de Mickey Wentz para estudiantes que asisten a una universidad acreditada de dos o cuatro años / escuela técnica el próximo año. Las solicitudes se pueden recoger en postgrado o acceder a través de su seminario de Google Classroom. La fecha límite de solicitud es el 1 de mayo.
