Hey everybody! This is a friendly reminder to come check out the NEW ActiVida Community Leadership Club on Wednesdays at 8 am. We’re going to be doing fun, community-focused fitness challenges and sports activities all year. We are starting next Wednesday, September 4th, by bringing Colorado's master Zumba instructor, Van Oberly, up from Castle Rock. The Zumba class will be in the North Gym and is free and open to all LHS students and staff. No previous dance fitness experience is needed. We even heard a rumor Mr Enzminger is going show off some of his best moves... Don't be shy - drop in on Wednesday to get your morning workout in and experience what we're all about!
Firm Foundation Christian Club will have its first meeting of the school year on Wednesday morning, September 4th, at 8:45 in room 211. We will discuss our plans for the school year. We meet to encourage each other and create lasting friendships. You don't have to be a Christian to attend. Everyone is welcome! Please join us!

Runners, walkers, and all those looking for a fun, family-friendly 5K – we want you! The Flyin’Lion 5K is Sun., Sept. 15, at the high school. This race benefits our athletic programs and activities and is one of our Booster Club’s annual fundraising events. With a beautiful course on the High Line that starts and ends on the new track in our recently renovated stadium, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. ¡Hola a todos! Este es un recordatorio amistoso para venir a ver el NUEVO Club de Liderazgo Comunitario ActiVida los miércoles a las 8 am. Vamos a estar haciendo diversión, centrado en la comunidad retos de salud y actividades deportivas durante todo el año. Vamos a empezar el próximo miércoles, 4 de septiembre, trayendo al maestro instructor de Zumba de Colorado, Van Oberly, desde Castle Rock. La clase de Zumba será en el Gimnasio Norte y es gratuito y abierto a todos los estudiantes LHS y el personal. No se necesita experiencia previa de baile de ejercicio.
