CONGRATULATIONS:
Congratulations to your Freshman Class President, Nikhil Bagal, and Freshman Class Vice President, Olivia May. We are excited to have you on the student council executive board and look forward to seeing what you do this year! Thank you to all those who applied!

Congratulations to the Lions Flag Football Team on their two dominating wins last night. Freshman quarterback Ava Palmer led the team to a 48-12 win over Arvada and a 33-6 win over Lakewood. Great team effort from all players helped Charlotte Dulaney and Olivia May each have four touchdown games. Go, Lions!!

ACADEMICS:
Attention Seniors: All of you received an email invitation to register your account with SCOIR, LHS's new college and career planning website. It is important for you to complete the steps to complete this process. This is also the time to sign up for an individual meeting with Post Grad to set you up for success next year, no matter what your goal. All of the links are available from your Seminar teacher.

Juniors and Seniors interested in joining the National Honor Society, please stop by to pick up an application packet from counseling. Remember, students need a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above to qualify for membership in NHS. Packets are due Friday, September 13, 2024, with a one-time admission fee of $20.00. See Mr. Puchino with any questions.

SPORTS :
Lions, we need to pack the house today for our first home football game of the year!
Come out and support our football players, poms, and amazing Pride of Littleton marching band at 6:00 p.m. at LPS Stadium. All LHS students will get in FREE with their student ID. See you there in your black out. Go, Lions!

Key Club is a service organization here at Littleton High School sponsored by the Kiwanis Organization. We meet on the first and third Friday of the month in room 2620. Come along to our first meeting tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. to learn more. All are welcome!

The Create for Kids Club is an incredible opportunity to inspire and give joy to children in hospital settings. We spend our meetings creating unique and fun cards and gift baskets for kids under serious pediatric care, which are dropped off directly at the Children's Hospital Medical Campus in Aurora. Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of children on Monday, September 9th at 7:40 in room 1314.

Looking for some R&R? Come to the NEW Roblox and Relaxation Club! We will enjoy games, practice relaxation strategies, and most importantly we will build relationships through community building. Runners, walkers, and all those looking for a fun, family-friendly 5K – we want you! The Flyin’ Lion 5K is Sun., Sept. 15, at the high school. This race benefits our athletic programs and activities and is one of our Booster Club’s annual fundraising events. With a beautiful course on the High Line that starts and ends on the new track in our recently renovated stadium, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
