Sources of Strength are highlighting the "STARS" in your life! Who helps you out when you are feeling down? You can celebrate them by writing about them on a star during lunch today, March 11th in the cafeteria. SoS Peer Leaders will give you another star that you can write a thank you note to that person as well. Treats will be shared with all who participate. Remember, there are people that care about you that you can connect with when you are struggling. And if that doesn't help, reach out to our mental health team for more support. Come celebrate Pi Day on 3/14 with Calculus and Coffee Club! We will eat some pie and explore different ways that civilizations have calculated the number pi. We meet before school in room 1979. Everyone is welcome!

BLOG ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Student Council and the Theatre Department are excited to announce auditions for the LHS Talent show, Lions Follies. If you do magic tricks, play an instrument, make short films, sing, dance, write sketch comedy, juggle, or have ANY kind of talent -- we want to see it on stage! The Talent Show will take place on April 10th, and auditions will be held March 19th and 20th. The audition sign up is linked in student announcements, and a QR code for the signup is posted on the student council and thespian hallway bulletin boards. Get your acts together and sign up now! Please see Ms. L in the theatre with any questions.
Join us at Manning's Steakhouse, located at 51 W Dry Creek Circle in Littleton, on April 6th from 4-7 PM to support our DECA program! We’re hosting a fun and interactive trivia night where you can test your knowledge and win exciting prizes. $10 for your trivia card and a special menu you can order delicious food and refreshing drinks to enjoy throughout the evening. This is a fantastic opportunity to come together, have a great time, and support a meaningful cause. Your participation will help provide high school students with valuable business experience and give qualifying students the chance to attend the state and national competitions. Bring your friends and family for a night of fun, competition, and community spirit! We can’t wait to see you there!

El equipo masculino de natación y salto continuó su temporada invicta al desmantelar a un poderoso equipo de Columbine. ¡Algo se está cociendo en el agua y el equipo espera continuar su racha ganadora contra Evergreen y Valor esta semana! ¡Ven a apoyar a tu equipo masculino de natación y salto!
Felicidades a todos los participantes de discurso y debate que compitieron este viernes y sábado en el torneo de clasificación nacional. Felicidades también a Gavin Reidy por clasificarse para el torneo nacional en Iowa este verano y quedar segundo en interpretación de humor. ¡Este es un gran final para una temporada maravillosa!

Sources of Strength está destacando a las “ESTRELLA” de tu vida. ¿Quién te ayuda cuando te sientes deprimido? Puedes celebrarlos escribiendo sobre ellos en una estrella durante el almuerzo de mañana, 11 de marzo, en la cafetería. SoS Líderes de Compañeros te darán otra estrella que puedes escribir una nota de agradecimiento a esa persona también. Las golosinas serán compartidas con todos los que participen. Recuerda, hay personas que se preocupan por ti con las que puedes conectarte cuando estás luchando. El Consejo de Estudiantes y el Departamento de Teatro se complacen en anunciar las audiciones para el espectáculo de talentos de LHS, Lions Follies. Si haces trucos de magia, tocas un instrumento, haces cortometrajes, cantas, bailas, escribes parodias cómicas, haces malabarismos o tienes CUALQUIER tipo de talento , ¡queremos verlo en el escenario! El concurso de talentos tendrá lugar el 10 de abril y las audiciones se realizarán el 19 y 20 de marzo.
