Sources of Strength are highlighting the "STARS" in your life! Who helps you out when you are feeling down? You can celebrate them by writing about them on a star during lunch tomorrow, March 11th in the cafeteria. SoS Peer Leaders will give you another star that you can write a thank you note to that person as well. Treats will be shared with all who participate. Remember, there are people that care about you that you can connect with when you are struggling. And if that doesn't help, reach out to our mental health team for more support. Hope to see you at lunch!
