Congratulations to all FBLA members that competed at the state conference. They took home 5 top 10 places with a 4th place win for Ben Domer in Banking & Financial Systems, 2nd place win for Luca Rodriguez and Davin Vanoni in Hospitality & Event Management, and a state championship for Cora Boyd and Josie Storfa in Intro to Event Planning. Those 4 top places qualify for the national conference this June in Anaheim, CA. Congratulations again to all of our state competitors.
IT'S OFFICIAL....THE BOYS SWIM & DIVE TEAM WRAPPED UP THEIR REGULAR DUAL MEET SEASON WITH AN UNDEFEATED RECORD!!! The boys team throttled Brighton with a score of 132-47 last night on Senior Night. Show some love to your Swim & Dive Team today in the halls and in the classroom. Great job and now it's time to defend your League Championship from last year. Lions, dap up your swimmers today!
Congrats to our girls golf team on winning the Jeffco league tournament yesterday by 52 strokes! That makes five wins in five league tournaments. The Lions were led by junior Zoe Bar-Or with an individual win, shooting a 69. Juniors Drina Perez and Annika Heimbigner took 3rd and 5th place in the tournament. Great job Lions!
ACADEMICS:
The Annual LHS Trade & Tech Fair will be held tomorrow during lunches on the front lawn. Come out and chat with representatives from military branches and other trades. Pizza slices will be provided to students who visit with at least 2 booths.

Juniors & Seniors! Prom is near!
Details:
Prom is Saturday, May 3rd from 8:00pm - 11:00pm at the Vehicle Vault. $40 in advance, $50 at the door.
After Prom from 11:30 pm- 2:30 am at LHS. $25 per person.
Tickets will be sold in the front lobby the week of the event during lunches! (Online tickets via credit card are available now. Click here for Prom. Click here for After Prom.)
Please know you can attend one or both of the events! You do not have to attend Prom to attend After Prom and vice versa.
Are you planning on bringing a guest? Please read and ensure all the following applies:
1. You are allowed to bring ONE approved guest to each event. Any LHS 9th or 10th grader is considered a guest.
2. No guest over the age of 20 is permitted. No guest below 9th grade is permitted.
3. All guest and LHS students must present a picture ID for admittance to both events. Guests MUST be accompanied by LHS students upon entry. Separate admission is strictly prohibited.
1. Pick up a Guest Form from Student Services (lobby).
2. Return the completed form and photo ID to the Attendance Office no later than 2pm, Wed., April 30th.
3. Please print neatly and all signatures must be legible. This form has to be turned in by the due date. No forms will be accepted at either the Prom or the After-Prom Event.

FELICITACIONES:
Felicidades a todos los miembros de FBLA que participaron en la conferencia estatal. Consiguieron 5 puestos entre los 10 primeros, con un cuarto puesto para Ben Domer en Sistemas Bancarios y Financieros, un segundo puesto para Luca Rodríguez y Davin Vanoni en Hostelería y Gestión de Eventos, y un campeonato estatal para Cora Boyd y Josie Storfa en Introducción a la Planificación de Eventos. Estos cuatro primeros puestos les dan acceso a la conferencia nacional que se celebrará en junio en Anaheim, California. Felicidades de nuevo a todos nuestros competidores estatales.
¡¡¡YA ES OFICIAL... EL EQUIPO MASCULINO DE NATACIÓN Y SALTO HA TERMINADO LA TEMPORADA REGULAR DE ENCUENTROS DUALES CON UN RÉCORD INVICTO!!! El equipo masculino arrolló a Brighton con un marcador de 132-47 anoche en la Noche de los estudiantes de último año. Muestran su apoyo al equipo de natación y saltos hoy en los pasillos y en las clases. Buen trabajo y ahora es el momento de defender el título de la liga del año pasado. ¡Leones, animen a sus nadadores hoy!
Felicidades a nuestro equipo femenino de golf por ganar ayer el torneo de la liga Jeffco por 52 golpes. Con esta victoria, suman cinco victorias en cinco torneos de liga. Las Leones estuvieron lideradas por la estudiante de tercer año Zoe Bar-Or, que ganó en la categoría individual con 69 golpes. Las estudiantes de tercer año Drina Pérez y Annika Heimbigner quedaron en tercer y quinto lugar en el torneo. ¡Buen trabajo, Leones!
ACADÉMICOS:
La Feria Anual de Comercio y Tecnología de LHS se celebrará mañana durante el almuerzo en el jardín delantero. Ven y charla con representantes de las ramas militares y otros oficios. Se ofrecerán porciones de pizza a los estudiantes que visiten al menos dos puestos.
SPORTS:
Esta noche es la noche de las jugadoras del último año del equipo femenino de tenis.

Tercer y últimos años! ¡El baile de graduación está cerca!
Detalles:
El baile de graduación es el sábado 3 de mayo de 8:00pm - 11:00pm en Vehicle Vault. $40 por adelantado, $50 en la puerta.
Después del Prom de 11:30 pm- 2:30 am en LHS. $25 por persona.
Los boletos se venderán en el vestíbulo la semana del evento durante los almuerzos.
Puedes asistir a uno o a los dos eventos. No es necesario asistir al Baile de Graduación para asistir al Después del Baile y viceversa.
¿Planeas traer un invitado? Por favor, lea y asegúrese de que todo lo siguiente se aplica:
1. Se te permite traer UN invitado aprobado a cada evento. Cualquier estudiante de 9 o 10 grado de LHS es considerado un invitado.
2. No se permiten invitados mayores de 20 años. No se permite ningún invitado menor de grado 9.
3. Todos los invitados y estudiantes de LHS deben presentar una identificación con foto para ser admitidos a ambos eventos. Los invitados DEBEN estar acompañados por los estudiantes de LHS a la entrada. La admisión por separado está estrictamente prohibida.
1. Recoger un formulario de invitado en Servicios Estudiantiles (vestíbulo).
2. Devuelve el formulario completo y una identificación con foto a la Oficina de Asistencia a más tardar a las 2 pm, el miércoles 30 de abril.
3. Por favor, escriba en letra de imprenta y todas las firmas deben ser legibles. Este formulario tiene que ser entregado antes de la fecha límite. No se aceptarán formularios ni en el Baile de Graduación ni en el Evento Después del Baile de Graduación.
