Thanks to everyone who came out to support girls tennis on Senior Night!
Our JV team had their last match last night!
Peyton and Ruby played well at the net and made great groundstrokes and took their game all the way to a tie breaker.
Molly and Abby played for the first time together and pulled out a great win!
Maddie and Cassie had great serves and ground strokes.
Chloe and Megan had amazing teamwork and fought hard through both matches.
Lena and Journey locked in and pulled out a win even though they've never played as teammates.
Meher and Delaney had great teamwork and played well both at the net and in their groundstrokes.
Charlotte and Olivia made some great shots down the line and at the net.
Sarah and Abby paired up for the first time and played a great net game.
Our Varsity Players lost a tough one to Mullen last night with two lines losing in a tie breaker.
Singles players Addison and Eva both beat their opponents with smart shots and consistent play. Good luck to the Varsity team as they prepare to compete in Regionals next week.
ACADEMICS:
The Annual LHS Trade & Tech Fair will be held today during lunches on the front lawn. Come out and chat with representatives from military branches and other trades. Pizza slices will be provided to students who visit with at least 2 booths.
SPORTS:
Attention Boys! It's time to start thinking about the Golf season this fall!
Advanced and Beginner Golfers are welcome to play at LHS!

Juniors & Seniors! Prom is near!
Details:
Prom is Saturday, May 3rd from 8:00pm - 11:00pm at the Vehicle Vault. $40 in advance, $50 at the door.
After Prom from 11:30 pm- 2:30 am at LHS. $25 per person.
Tickets will be sold in the front lobby the week of the event during lunches! (Online tickets via credit card are available now. Click here for Prom. Click here for After Prom.)
Please know you can attend one or both of the events! You do not have to attend Prom to attend After Prom and vice versa.
Are you planning on bringing a guest? Please read and ensure all the following applies:
1. You are allowed to bring ONE approved guest to each event. Any LHS 9th or 10th grader is considered a guest.
2. No guest over the age of 20 is permitted. No guest below 9th grade is permitted.
3. All guest and LHS students must present a picture ID for admittance to both events. Guests MUST be accompanied by LHS students upon entry. Separate admission is strictly prohibited.
1. Pick up a Guest Form from Student Services (lobby).
2. Return the completed form and photo ID to the Attendance Office no later than 2pm, Wed., April 30th. 3. Please print neatly and all signatures must be legible. This form has to be turned in by the due date. No forms will be accepted at either the Prom or the After-Prom Event.

FELICITACIONES:
¡Gracias a todos los que vinieron a apoyar al tenis femenino en la Noche de los Estudiantes de Último Año!
¡Nuestro equipo JV jugó su último partido anoche!
Peyton y Ruby jugaron muy bien en la red, hicieron excelentes golpes de fondo y llevaron el partido hasta el desempate.
Molly y Abby jugaron juntas por primera vez y lograron una gran victoria.
Maddie y Cassie tuvieron excelentes servicios y golpes de fondo.
Chloe y Megan hicieron un trabajo en equipo increíble y lucharon duro en ambos partidos.
Lena y Journey se compenetraron y lograron la victoria a pesar de que nunca habían jugado juntas.
Meher y Delaney hicieron un gran trabajo en equipo y jugaron muy bien tanto en la red como en los golpes de fondo.
Charlotte y Olivia hicieron algunos golpes fantásticos por la línea y en la red.
Sarah y Abby formaron pareja por primera vez y jugaron muy bien en la red.
Nuestras jugadoras del equipo Varsity perdieron anoche un partido muy reñido contra Mullen, con dos líneas que perdieron en el desempate.
Las jugadoras individuales Addison y Eva vencieron a sus oponentes con golpes inteligentes y un juego consistente. Buena suerte al equipo Varsity, que se prepara para competir en los regionales la próxima semana.
ACADÉMICOS:
La Feria Anual de Comercio y Tecnología de LHS se celebrará hoy durante el almuerzo en el jardín delantero. Ven y charla con representantes de las ramas militares y otros oficios. Se ofrecerán porciones de pizza a los estudiantes que visiten al menos dos puestos.
DEPORTES:
¡Atención, chicos! ¡Es hora de empezar a pensar en la temporada de golf de este otoño!
¡Los golfistas avanzados y principiantes son bienvenidos a jugar en LHS!
